Registration approved & need to book?
1. (Recommended) Download the "Medeo Virtual Healthcare" app, or 2. go to medeohealth.com, or 3. use the link below.
1. I submitted my registration form, but have not received a booking link.
Is the clinic open? Booking links are sent after Dr. Wanner has reviewed the registration form, and only when the clinic is open. Check notices at the top of this page for changes in clinic hours, as well as the standard hours which are listed on the "Hours & Location" page. Did you check your "junk folder"? Occasionally these emails get redirected to junk.
2. I'm having difficulty logging on to "Medeo Health".
1. Ensure you are going directly to "www.medeohealth.com" by typing out the address rather than using links than may be outdated or; 2. Download the "Medeo Health" app to see if you have the same difficulties there or; 3. Contact the "Medeo Health" help team or; 4. Complete another registration form and a new booking link will be sent to you once your form is reviewed.
3. "Medeo Health" says "No Providers Available" when I try to book an appointment.
All available appointments have been filled. Appointments are made available for booking 1 week at a time and opened by Thursday of the previous week. Once you have checked for changes to clinic hours (updated on the top of this page), check back in a few days to see if new appointments have been made available.
