Results

No news DOES NOT mean good news. If you have had any tests or investigations done, please schedule a follow up appointment to review and discuss your results.

Timeliness

We believe patient's time is valuable, and endeavor to run on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to rebook.

Please cancel appointments a minimum of 24 hours in advance

After two missed appointments, you will no longer be seen at College Clinic

Payment

Some services (such as filling out insurance forms, driver's forms, or employment forms) are not insured by the Alberta Government, and require the patient to pay directly with cash or cheque. To see prices, click below.

International Students

International students are asked to bring:

  1. Medicine Hat College Student ID Card
  2. An up to date guard.me card
  3. Alberta Health Care Card (if you have one)

Services Not Provided

College Clinic does not prescribe opioids for non-cancer pain.

Termination of Patient-Physician Relationship

We reserve the right to terminate the patient-physician relationship under the following circumstances:

If we, or any person we work with, feels threatened in any way by a patient or his/her family.

If a patient has had two "no-show" appointments.

Check your email regularly both before & after appointments as email is my primary mode of communicating with patients.

    • forms to complete before or after your appointment 
    • lab results
    • notices to schedule a follow up appointment
    • dates/times for tests or referrals
